Answers, without the ticket queue

The questions institutes actually ask, in plain words. Anything else — write to us, a human replies.

Getting started

How long does setup take?

Most institutes are live in days, not months. Students import from a sheet, fee heads mirror your current register, and your brand (logo, subdomain) goes on first so it feels like yours from day one.

Do our teachers need training?

An afternoon, honestly. Marking attendance and sharing homework take minutes to learn. The office side — fees, reports — gets a guided walkthrough on the demo call itself.

Can we run it alongside our current system?

Yes, and most schools do for the first month. Run fees in both places, compare, then switch off the old register when you trust the numbers.

Fees & money

Does it handle cash, UPI and online payments together?

Yes. Counter cash, UPI, and online gateway payments all land in the same student ledger, and every payment produces a GST-ready receipt automatically.

What about concessions, instalments and defaulters?

Concessions and instalment plans attach to the student or the class. Defaulter lists are one click, and reminders go out politely over SMS and WhatsApp.

Can the auditor make sense of it?

Every rupee carries who paid, when, how, and which receipt it produced. Collection reports export cleanly for audit season.

Parents & messages

Whose number do WhatsApp messages come from?

Yours. Each school connects its own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official platform — parents see the school, and every message carries a delivery log.

What if a parent has no smartphone?

The same alerts go over SMS and email, and the notice board covers walk-ins. No parent is left to rumours.

Can teachers message parents directly?

Only through the school's channels, with the school's name on it — never from personal numbers. Permissions decide who can send what.

Running the school

We have three branches. Does that mean three systems?

No — one login, one fee structure, per-branch and consolidated reports. Add a branch the way you'd add a classroom.

Who sees what?

Five staff roles with a permission map you edit yourself: view, create, edit, delete and export, per feature. The accountant never sees what she shouldn't.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours. Records export cleanly, and nothing is held hostage. We would rather earn the renewal than enforce it.
