What is a Classfold distributor?
A distributor (platform-owner) runs one or more institutes on Classfold — admissions, fees, exams, and white-label apps — under a single distributor subscription.
Is distributor billing separate from institute billing?
Yes. Your distributor subscription covers your platform-owner account. Each institute keeps its own STARTER, BASIC, PRO, or MAXX subscription, renewed independently.
Can I change distributor plans later?
Yes. Renew into a different plan or billing cycle anytime from Distributor Billing in your dashboard. Changes apply immediately.
Why email OTP verification?
Distributor accounts hold controls over student data across branches. A 6-digit code proves mailbox ownership before the account is created. It expires in 10 minutes.
What is the NETWORK plan?
