Classfold for schools

Built for the three people who actually run a school

The principal who answers for results, the clerk who answers for fees, the teacher who answers for the classroom. Classfold gives each of them exactly their work — no admin maze, no training week — on one shared record.

Young students in an elementary classroom

The principal: the whole school on one screen

Collections vs dues this month, attendance dips by class, which sections lag in which subject, staff on leave — the morning questions answered before assembly ends. Multi-wing and multi-branch views roll up without anyone compiling them, and inspection summaries export from data the office already entered.

  • Live fee collection, dues and defaulter position
  • Class-wise attendance and exam performance trends
  • Branch and wing consolidation for trusts

The office clerk: fee day ends by lunch

Admissions with documents attached, receipts that print correctly the first time, dues lists that are current when the parent is standing at the counter, and reminders that chase politely by themselves. The April admission rush stops being a paper avalanche because enquiries, forms, deposits and enrolments move down one visible pipeline.

  • Enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline with document tracking
  • Counter and online collections in a single ledger
  • Automatic fee reminders and attendance alerts to parents

The teacher: attendance in a minute, marks once

Teachers open their day to their timetable, mark attendance faster than calling roll, enter marks a single time, and watch report cards assemble themselves. Study material attaches to the periods they teach; homework status shows who to chase. Nothing to learn beyond an afternoon — the interface shows a teacher's classes, not an ERP.

  • Timetable-first home: today’s periods, rooms and duties
  • One-time marks entry feeding gradebooks and report cards
  • Homework and material distribution with per-student status

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Do teachers need training to use Classfold?

An afternoon is the honest answer: teachers see only their timetable, attendance, marks and material — not an admin console. Most staff mark their first attendance the same day accounts are created.

Can the office keep using Excel alongside Classfold?

Migration usually ends Excel, not alongside it: existing sheets import as the starting data, and every report the sheets produced — dues, collections, results — comes out of the system instead.

What happens during admission season load?

Enquiries, forms, documents and deposits move down one pipeline visible to the whole office, so April's volume stops depending on any one person's memory or notebook.

How do parents receive updates?

Fee reminders, attendance alerts, results and notices go to parents on WhatsApp-style messaging under the school's name, with delivery records the office can check.

What does it cost a typical school?

Monthly plans by student count — STARTER ₹180/month up to 90 students, BASIC ₹599/month up to 300, PRO ₹1,299/month up to 700. See the pricing page for the current list.
